What happens if services just stop serving content in the UK? Will that get the attention of those who come up with these ridiculous laws?
- Reason077 3y agoIf they’re big and important enough (eg: Google, Apple, WhatsApp), then yes, that would get their attention. But nobody’s going to notice/care if some small services pull out. Some US websites still refuse to serve content to the UK and Europe due to GDPR, and no one seems to care much.
