  Not OP, but here's a screenshot illustrating what I personally typically do on sites I use a lot: hide things, make things low opacity until hovered, add a dark mode if missing. https://imgur.com/a/tCFkVzK https://imgur.com/a/tCFkVzK EDIT should have installed uBlock on the left/default browser for a fair comparison.
