I always have the problem when I open tofu that the brine squirts out everywhere. Anyone got a technique to avoid this?
- cnunciato 3y agoPierce the cover with a knife and cut along the edges, then remove the goods through the flap. Works for us. :)
- lantry 3y agoand do it over the sink
- candiddevmike 3y agoFreeze it first? Keeps it firmer too in my experience
- reilly3000 3y agoTry baked tofu. It’s just so tasty and usually comes with much less brine.
