We would be wise to be sceptical of all these EV tyre pollution reports coming out. At best it’s clickbate reporting, and at worst it’s a biased agenda anti EV campaign. Maybe like for like the weight of a vehicle of a given size contributes to increased tyre wear, but you can’t argue that generally vehicles are so large that we need further analysis of the overall impact etc…. The number Dual Cab Utes on the school run around us is just bonkers.
