- amanaplanacanal 3y agoIt turns out that it doesn’t work that way if people can live closer together. Walking traffic gets you more sales than driving traffic.
- FooBarBizBazz 3y agoIn fact, car-hostility drives up the value of real estate, because it's harder to live outside and drive in. If you want to enjoy the lifestyle, you need to pay for a place in it.
