It's unfortunate that you refer to them as "LAST" and "FIRST" when the whole point of the exercise is to decouple ordering from naming. "Christian name" and "surname" is closer to what you want, but problematic for different reasons. It should be "Western-given", "Chinese-given", "Chinese-family".
