Just curious. Are the rancid ones bad for ones health or ineffective in any way?
- Insanity 3y agoSeems like the claim is they are less effective but not actively harmful. But don’t have access to the full paper.
- water-data-dude 3y agoI’ve read in a few places that it’s bad for you, but I’ve not done a deep dive and formed an “I’m confident” level of knowledge.
