I don't care who the job comes via, as long as it's fair salary and a role I'm interested in. I've never used a recruiter so I can't comment on whether they'd get me a good job or not. If it's about the quality of jobs then surely this one falls short? I would love to see a jobs board where salary is a mandatory field because calling a position Mid, Senior, Lead etc means something different at every company.
