Although it doesn't sounds rational, and I seem mentally ill, professional help of a physician has not been useful at all. I need legal, political and economic help. BCIs will be used to tortured or control populations and I am proof of it. I understand that this seems too weird to be true, and I understand that I don't sound rational, but I am rational. You cannot record hallucinations, therefore, you cannot get medical help because in that case you need help from the law.
