At this stage it shouldn't require much money to integrate ipv6. Your network equipment needs to be really old to not support v6 natively. Though granted, there is support and support. I use hyperoptic in the UK as an ISP. I replaced the native router and I still can't figure out a way to get an IPv6 address.
