There should be a legislated process for payment processors to be forced to have a human see and review appeals. You can shut down entire businesses this way, and it’s done automatically. Fine, I accept automation is probably right most of the time, yet there should be a well trained human intervention on the appeal, that should not be automated too. This seems egregious to me that it keeps happening over and over
