What do you think of those Kelloggs All-Bran Buds (think they're psyllium)? I do kinda wish they didn't add any sugar but with all the fibre and micronutrients, I feel like its pretty wholesome still...
- hedora 3y agoI tried those recently. They are a bit too sweet for my taste (though are somehow low sugar). My main issue with them is that Kelloggs uses glyphosate (round up) as a drying agent at harvest time. If I could find an organic version, I might buy them again.
