It’s a riot especially since they realized they can accept rich Chinese/Indian students to meet SoC “quota” without forking over subsidized tuition.

- ETH_start 3y agoThat would make sense. Indian and Chinese students wouldn't count toward those quotas he speaks of. Only members of groups who statistically underperform on average, i.e. so-called disadvantaged group, count toward them.
- RestlessMind 3y agoWhich is where elite kids from Africa and Caribbean would come in.
- ETH_start 3y agoYes, that could be a viable strategy. Also Latin America to meet the "latinx" quota.
