Teaching is about cultivating the intellect and intelligence of the student. Part of that is quite literally teaching the skills to survive/think/reason when the magic whizbang box is not available. It is a fact, that one who wishes to produce in another some characteristic should themselves be practiced in that which is to be bestowed. In short, it would be counterproductive.
