- fnordpiglet 3y agoFunnily I was just thinking about this the other day, and beyond the problems of getting humans to follow any structured protocol (do you think people board in their group as it is? Boarding in stripes would be chaos), the biggest problem with this method is it would require families to split up. If everyone was riding independently then that’s one thing, but asking four year olds and other children to board independently of their parents is a huge non starter. Negotiating all the “yeah but”’s coupled with human inability to follow a process means this process would break down sufficiently to the point it’s likely worse than just random boarding.
