I'm not a big fan of Loic Le Meur's personality (too much "in your face" for my taste), but this is very nice of him. I have heard and read the "I'll do everything I can to help you find something else", "do not hesitate to reach out to me", "I can make some introductions if you want", etc. from CEOs and VCs, to little actual help. Here, he's pointing out and recommending the employees specifically and by name, with contact info. Much much better than what's typically done.
