Why I'm in the Tailwind Cult
- robador 3y agoNo matter how often I read these kinds of posts, I never get it. I just don't. Especially now that we have components and native elements that describe what a thing is, it's so much easier to be semantic. Personally I love BEM (Block, Element, Modifier). I wonder if this is due to 'traditional' CSS adopting a more OOP like inheritance model, and the trend has been moving to functional. In the end though, most important is to use what works for you.
- breckenedge 3y agoI was a tailwind skeptic, but it’s so much better than CSS. Been using it for a year now on a monolith, and things are going great. I wish it was the standard.
