I have 4 or so abandoned habit-tracker projects, and 7 "follow book" (essentially "following" a book series or author for release announcements/notifications) projects, all in different early states before I lost interest. I wish I could follow through with projects I’m not getting paid for ;)

- ethanbond 3y agoHighly recommend checking out BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits regime. Utterly transformed my life. Also had multiple failed journaling, reading, meditation, flossing, and exercising attempts, all of which have been fluctuating within acceptable bounds (e.g. some days I can only meditate 3 deep breaths) for the last 4 years or so.
