I'm not worried, as creative destruction is progress for the typical consumer.
- GenerWork 3y agoI'm worried that the process of creative destruction will be halted through a federal bailout.
- umeshunni 3y ago20 years ago, it made sense to prop up these manufacturers to support the domestic industry, but given the rise of the domestic EV industry (Tesla, Rivian etc), I'm not sure if it would still make sense for a strategic perspective. Politically, it may still make sense, though.
