- wombat-man 3y agoIt kinda got better with Pixel. I broke the screen on my 3, took it to an authorized repair store, somehow they broke motherboard. Since an authorized repair store screwed it up, they let me swap for a refurbished one. It took a couple weeks but I got a new-ish phone for free since everything was refunded. But I think the thing to do is get the extended warranty. They'll just swap you out. Wish they were a little tougher though.
