I agree. Unfortunately military radars are classified systems, and civil radars do not currently publish any such information systematically either. So we are left with anecdotes. If people started demanding such data to be collected systematically and published, then it could be researched. But for the most part the stigma around the subject makes people not bother asking for these sort of things.
