- andreygrehov 3y agoThat is correct. I’m not arguing with that. Russia has all the processes to sell their resources efficiently.
- Gud 3y agoCountries can source their natural resources from elsewhere. Russia can't refine them into high technology products like the US, Western Europe, Japan, China, etc can.
