I have one and for me it really was worth the money. I like to switch the way I sit often so having the ability to adjust it to different chairs (office, saddle, ball) with touch of a button was the real enabler here (without it I would be reluctant to switch few times a day). And it was a real life saver when I had, for a while, a medical condition that made sitting for more than 10 minutes almost impossible.
