Single-bladed floating wind turbine promises half the cost, more power
- Turskarama 3y agoThis seems pretty cool! I suspect they don't get quite as much energy per m^2 as a traditional turbine, but if they're cheaper to produce and maintain (it should be possible to lower the blades to sea level) then I can see a case for it. Good luck to them.
- tuatoru 3y agoClever idea. The ancient discipline of geometry is still useful.
