- jfengel 3y agoIt surprises me that a non-invasive glucose monitor is even theoretically possible. OneDrop was making real progress on it?
- JoeAltmaier 3y agoSomething about micro-needles sampling cellular interstitial fluid in the epidermis, and correlating measurements there with blood sugar (and other things). The hangup was developing the manufacturing hardware (i.e. chemistry robots) to make the things. Which has nothing to do with the IP, but it's all the effort surrounding the actual invention that kills a startup very often.
