Of course we don't do load balancing across agents. Routing to nearest agent is a nice feature.
- Nijikokun 3y agoVery cool, love the break down and journey. We ended up with something similar, and we definitely want to do a technical breakdown! Great minds think alike! In addition, we are also globally replicating our "core" as well.
