I love the construction, and it does feel like it belongs, but I'm not finding this usage. https://www.wordnik.com/words/conceit https://www.wordnik.com/words/conceit has a bunch of meanings collected from various sources. I wonder if you meant `concession`. Also, it's a false dichotomy. One can use VPN or proxies, to limit exposure or to encapsulate it. Of course, you can't get perfect location privacy.
