Spot on, most of the time it is covert tactics like this, by undermining, credit taking, and not giving the proper tools and authority to carry on the work and succeed, it is a crafted environment to make it eminent to fail, or at least, not having the glory of success. I honestly never understood anyone who carries out these shenanigans, I mean, you and them are slaves to that corp, why are you trying to feel you are a better slave to that said corp and making someone else life worse!?
