Regulatory Capture.
- reducesuffering 3y agoYou'll have to use more words to explain why other Investor Owned Utilities have power at 1/3 the cost. Not really a unique differentiator.
- miguelazo 3y agoBecause CPUC allows a much higher return on capital in California.
