This sort of consumer-friendly thinking may finally tip the scales for me towards Apple. Every single time I need to charge my device, or a family member's device, or a friend's device, or another of the many devices that I have that use USB-C, I care, a lot. It's the charging, not the data transfer, that people do multiple times per day, every day, at multiple different charge points.
