I am in the last quarter of my career so the following is what is important to me. I am in the US. -Stability of the company or role. If I don’t see 10 years of possibility there, it’s a no go for me (not a benefit, but the top concern, at my age it’s harder to find a job because folks want you young whippersnappers more than us old grumps) -excellent health insurance -STD/LTD -Generous life insurance without medical qualifications -strong 401k matching or a generous employee stock purchase program -remote is nice, but not a must have
