The Hitler example and Twitter poll seems poorly phrased. If I'm stranded on a desert island with one other person, I'm going to want Man Adolf to help me knock down coconuts and build a house and just make conversation to stop me going insane. Retributive justice would be the last thing on my mind. Perhaps the author's Twitter followers skew differently.
