So these pension funds were fine with investing in Fox year after year despite all the other crap Fox News had been spewing, but somehow now they want to sue?
- Nasrudith 3y agoThe previous crap didn't lead to a defamation lawsuit. You can't sue for something ill-defined legally as "a complete lack of morals" but you can for recklessly creating liability in a defamation lawsuit.
