granted the crypto export restrictions were on information, not physical chips ...
- kccqzy 3y agoThere's no difference really. How are physical chips designed? Some code in system verilog. It's not like the U.S. is restricting the export of finished physical chips; the U.S. can't manufacture such things locally at all and has to rely on Taiwan.
