Interesting timing.
Wasn't the license change on terraform supposed to avoid exactly this?
Seems like this is getting uglier and uglier for HashiCorp. Not only it sparked a fork but it didn't keep big cloud from competing on the hosted use case
- jen20 3y agoYou’re making a big assumption here which is that Google are not paying for a license permitting this usage. They aren’t a stupid organization, and will not risk litigation over things like this.
