What ended up being the problem, maybe is could make this a little clearer (I used https://www.erlang.org/doc/apps/ssl/ssl_distribution https://www.erlang.org/doc/apps/ssl/ssl_distribution as a guide).
Was your requirement to have ssl as the distribution communication mechanism ?
