Flexibility. I work almoust fully remote. My team is distrubuted in 5 countries. When I hore anyone I want that person to be able to work from home and the office when they feel is best (like - for instance the #@! neigbour does renovation=). That includes beign able to get vacation (not just me, but my team as well) when I need it. And be able to disconnect and nothing (bad) happens.
