Not unusual for Germany at all. I had six months notice from the end of a quarter at my previous company.
- nickkell 3y agoHow difficult did it make finding a new job? I mentioned it to a recruiter I'm dealing with and she agreed that it would significantly complicate the search.
- ausaus 3y agoWasn't a problem for me as it seemed to be normal for my role and location. Recruiters that I spoke to didn't say it was a problem.
