- mepian 3y agoThe Russian government has been slowly moving everything to the homegrown VLIW architecture known as Elbrus or e2k. Not sure how the sanctions affected this, considering that the high-end implementations (28nm iirc) were being manufactured at TSMC, with only the low-end ones (90nm) manufactured locally.
