Could be those people are just superstitious and only want tickets including their lucky number, or something like that.
- mitchellhislop 15y agoWhen I worked at a gas station, it was 50-50 between those with lucky numbers and those with theories about where the prizes fell (i.e. higher tickets were less lucky )
