Sort of related question. Many years ago I was friend with a middle manager at Google that told me Larry or Sergei wanted to turn the roof on one of the buildings into a helipad. The intent was to never have to walk onto the campus but just land the helicopter, get out, go down and elevator to a conference room, reverse path to the helicopter and leave. Apparently the building they wanted to do it on wasn’t structurally sound to facilitate a helipad. Anyone from Google know this story?
