At least in my country, to diagnose you with high BP they'd have you wear a holter monitor for 24 hours.

- bradknowles 3y agoI've worn a holter monitor. It doesn't measure blood pressure at all. It's just two leads measuring your heart rate activity over a period of time. And not even as good as my Kardia 6L.
