My employer, FullStory, just sub-leased ~75% of our office space because fewer people were coming in and they decide to "roll with it" instead of fighting that battle. They were fairly supportive of remote folks even before 2020, but at this point, the majority of the staff work remotely, even many of the ones who live near the office.
