X's moderation job is immensely larger than Musk's ego. And yes, I know it's tempting to make the obvious snarky variations on "nuh-uh, his ego is just that large, hurr hurr hurr", but, no, I'm serious, it's plural orders of magnitude larger. Social media networks have entire content moderation regimes in countries Musk does not care about or speak the language of. It's huge. It's arguably the defining moat for these companies. This employs an army of people both directly doing the content management and writing the intent analysis bots and all sorts of people and I'd guestimate, let's see, try to get the orders of magnitude approximately correct here so this is not just a random number of zeros, 0.0000000001% of moderation decisions made somewhere in X are a direct reflection of Musk's ego.
