Personally, I want precisely the opposite: a drink that tastes exactly like a good wine or ale, but without the tipsiness or any other effect that means I can't drive home from the party. The current lot of alcohol-free offerings don't cut it - the ales do get better year on year, but still have a long way to go; while all the "wine"s just taste like grape juice.
