I wonder what percentage of the worlds conductors actually need to be flexible? There’s probably many meters of electrical traces in my iPhone’s logic board and ICs, most of which are presumably copper, but don’t need to be. The whole outer case of my phone is made of ceramic so it doesn’t seem like it would be a problem.
