Just look at where Windows is in their org hierarchy; it's definitely not top dog anymore and it's not a "strategy" like it once was. The days of Microsoft needing Windows to make money are behind us, that's for sure. Peak Windows is probably correct, but that fact is not going to usher in Microsoft's demise.
