Doesn't this fall into the realm of discriminatory interview questions to begin with? I'm pretty sure a case could be made in a discriminatory hiring suit without introducing new laws.
- TomatoTomato 15y agoThis was my first response. A quick Google search yielded "30 Interview Questions You Can't Ask" Of the 30, I think about 20 can be learned from someone's Facebook account.
