Recognizing in others is easier than in oneself, that is really true. It took me years to recognize it in me and I am still on a trajectory. But then it _is_ this trajectory that life is about, isn't it?
Can feel like a superpower to help somebody out of cynicism and agree together that it is worth trying. Never give up.
- dotnet00 3y agoAgreed, this is something I've been working about improving in myself over the years too. Sometimes all it takes to fix a problem is to just try something, but by being overly cynical I end up repeatedly self-sabotaging.
