Ask HN: Is your team full stack or specialized?

  My unit is pretty small so most of are “full stack” although I think we have one guy who won’t touch React. Frequently when I work on a feature I implement both the front end and back end aspects of that feature, I sometimes make the database changes, sometimes I don’t.

    How does that dynamic work? Does he just refuse to take React tickets while everyone else takes them?
